Exchange Policy (Pakistan Only)

We follow a no refund policy. However, exchange is available within Pakistan under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is different from what was shown on our website, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect

The product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be purchased directly from nayabjewellery.com

❌ Customized or personalized jewellery is not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Exchange Options (Pakistan)

  • Exchange with another product of equal value

  • Upgrade to a higher-value product (price difference payable)

  • Exchange for a store credit / gift card

Shipping Costs (Pakistan)

  • If the issue is due to our error or a defect β†’ We cover return shipping

  • For size or preference-based exchanges β†’ Customer pays both-way shipping
