Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nayab Jewellery, we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Refund Policy

Nayab Jewellery does not offer refunds as a standard practice.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review:

  • Product descriptions
  • Images
  • Size and design details

Once an order is confirmed and processed, refunds are not applicable except where explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Cancellation requests before dispatch may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, the order amount may be adjusted as store credit or re-processed as per payment gateway limitations.

3. Sale & Clearance Items

All Sale and Stock Clearance items are final sale.

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Pakistan Only)

If a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, Nayab Jewellery may offer an exchange for the same product or an equivalent item.

Conditions:

  • Claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • An opening video of the parcel is strongly recommended

After claim approval, the customer may be asked to return the item to our official address. Once inspected and verified, an exchange will be processed.

Shipping charges for returns may apply unless otherwise stated.

5. International Orders (Outside Pakistan)

Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, import regulations, and logistical constraints:

  • Refunds are not offered on international orders
  • Returns or exchanges are not available

All international orders are carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed prior to dispatch.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Tariffs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees
  • All customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Nayab Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

In certain countries, including the United States, import tariffs and customs duties may be higher depending on local regulations and product category.

If customs charges are refused or the shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned due to clearance issues, refunds or re-shipments will not be applicable.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

All orders are logged with dispatch and verification records.

Fraudulent claims or unjustified chargebacks may be reviewed and responded to with supporting documentation.
