Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? +
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan. International orders require advance payment.
What payment methods are available for international orders? +
International payments are accepted via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
How long does delivery take within Pakistan? +
Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 working days.
How long does international delivery take? +
International delivery usually takes 10–15 working days. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
What are the delivery charges within Pakistan? +
Delivery charges within Pakistan are PKR 200.
Is free delivery available? +
Free delivery in Pakistan is available on orders of PKR 2999 and above. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer refunds? +
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases are handled under our exchange policy.
Is exchange available in Pakistan? +
Exchange is available within 2 days of delivery under specific conditions. Opening video and original packaging are required.
Are international orders eligible for return or exchange? +
No. International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Can I open the parcel before payment? +
No. Open parcel before payment is not allowed. Please record an unboxing video after delivery.
