Exchange Policy

At Nayab Jewellery, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and secure business practices. Please read the exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility (Pakistan Only)

Exchanges are only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.

An exchange may be offered if the item received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

2. Exchange Request Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • An opening video of the parcel is strongly recommended to support the claim

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

3. Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved:

  • The customer may be asked to return the item to our official address
  • The returned item will be inspected upon receipt
  • After verification, an exchange for the same product or an equivalent item will be processed

Shipping charges related to the exchange may apply unless otherwise stated.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or stock clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Items reported after the allowed claim period
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

5. International Orders

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and logistical limitations:

  • Exchanges are not available on international orders

6. Final Decision

Nayab Jewellery reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on verification and compliance with this policy.
