Pakistan Shipping

For orders delivered within Pakistan:

Free Shipping: Orders of PKR 2,999 or more
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
Tracking: Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp after dispatch.

International Shipping

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after successful order placement and payment confirmation where applicable.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we provide tracking information through WhatsApp.

Please make sure that your contact number and shipping information are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number or tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier collects the package.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.

If incorrect information causes a shipment to be delayed, returned, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may make delivery attempts according to their own delivery procedures.

Customers should cooperate with the courier/rider and remain available at the provided delivery address when possible.

Riders follow planned delivery routes and schedules, so customers are requested to cooperate with delivery personnel and respond to delivery calls or messages.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Customers may request an order cancellation or change within 2 hours of submitting the order.

After 2 hours, cancellation or modification requests may no longer be accepted because the order may already have entered processing, packing, or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled through a simple cancellation request.

Customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible if they need to make any change to their order.

Undelivered or Refused Orders

If a customer refuses to receive an order or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

Any additional shipping, return, or reshipping costs resulting from the customer's refusal, incorrect information, or failure to receive the shipment may be the customer's responsibility.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we work with shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier disruptions
Incorrect address information
Remote-area delivery
Flight or transportation delays
Government restrictions
Unexpected operational disruptions

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Product Availability & Pricing Errors

Nayab Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

Product being unexpectedly out of stock
Incorrect product pricing
Technical or system errors
Payment-related issues
Fraud prevention or security concerns
Incorrect product information
Circumstances that make fulfilment impossible

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund/payment policy.
